I am a structural engineer with over 20 years of professional experience. I specialize in modern design within the BIM environment, focusing primarily on the comprehensive preparation of building permit documentation and detailed construction design.
I have been working with Autodesk Revit since 2003 (starting with version 5.1). Over the past two decades, I have delivered hundreds of projects using this software. However, my expertise goes beyond just software proficiency. Thanks to my extensive on-site experience in engineering supervision, I can bridge the gap between the virtual model and real-world construction. This practical insight allows me to design sensible technical solutions, accurately coordinate all disciplines, and prevent clashes long before they reach the construction site.
From Practice to Plugin Development
It was the daily work on large-scale projects—and the strong desire to eliminate tedious, repetitive routines—that led me to programming. I started developing my own custom tools and plugins for Revit to solve real-world problems I encountered in my own practice. The tools I now offer to other engineers share a single goal: to automate lengthy processes, save substantial amounts of time, and ultimately reduce overall project costs.
